Mr Anderson was very thorough inspection my condo. Beginning outside, he looked at everything, even items regarded as the responsibility of the condo association. Inside, he opened the electrical panel and explained what he was looking for. He ran the washer and dryer, carefully inspected the heater. In each room he tested and operated everything. I feel confident that once I move in I will have no surprises.

I appreciate your interest in using Anderson Inspections to help you make an informed decision about your upcoming purchase. My aim is to use my more than fifteen years experience to provide a thorough, honest, and realistic field evaluation of a property and report my findings in a detailed graphic report in order to help you make a confident decision. I want to provide this service at a fair price that is straight forward and easy to understand with no gimmicks or “upgrades” designed to increase inspection fees.
Anderson Inspections is an Owner-Inspector firm available to you throughout the process, not just the day of the inspection. I understand that my clients have a specific timeline and therefor my entire business revolves around customer service and support in a timely manner. I have used my family name in my company branding to illustrate the commitment and passion I have for my job. I love my job and I am more than confident that you will notice this fact reflected in my work!

Inspections are typically scheduled Monday -Thursday at 9:00am or 1:00pm Friday and Saturday at 9:00am,
